By registering on our platform, placing orders, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all registered retailers and users of the Super Boot House B2B platform.

1. Nature of Business

2. Sale of Goods

  • Goods will be sold set-wise only.

  • Individual item sales are not permitted.

3. Pricing & Schemes

  • Product prices, schemes, offers, and item rates may change at any time without prior notice.

  • The rates applicable at the time of order confirmation will be considered final.

4. Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch of goods.

  • Once goods are dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Payments & Credit

  • Payments must be made on or before the due date as communicated.

  • Termination of credit limit

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account restrictions

6. Returns Policy

  • If goods are returned three (3) times, the retailer’s ID/account will be terminated permanently.

  • All return requests are subject to company approval.

7. Transportation & Delivery

  • Transportation charges are payable by the retailer only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Super Boot House is not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage of goods caused by the transporter.

  • Any issues related to transit must be taken up directly with the transporter.

8. Fraud Disclaimer

  • Super Boot House is not responsible for any fraud committed in its name.

  • Retailers are advised to verify official communication channels before making any payments or commitments.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute related to orders, payments, or goods must be reported and settled within 3 days from the date of occurrence.

  • Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes shall be subject to Aurangabad jurisdiction only.

11. Account Termination

Super Boot House reserves the right to suspend or terminate any retailer account in case of:

  • Repeated returns

  • Payment defaults

  • Policy violations

  • Misuse of the platform

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Super Boot House platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
