Welcome to Super Boot House.<br>This Return & Refund Policy applies to all registered retailers using the Super Boot House B2B platform, including orders placed through the mobile application or website.

1. Nature of Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for genuine and valid reasons, subject to verification and approval by Super Boot House.

  • All return requests must be raised within the defined dispute window communicated at the time of order or delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect goods supplied

  • Manufacturing defects identified at the time of receipt

  • Other issues approved by Super Boot House after inspection

  • Returns requested after usage, resale, or delay in reporting may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Retailers must raise a return request through the designated support channel.

  • Goods may be inspected before approval of any return.

  • Super Boot House reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on inspection findings.

4. Limit on Returns

  • If goods are returned three (3) times, the retailer’s ID/account will be terminated permanently.

  • This rule applies regardless of order size or value.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are not guaranteed in cash.

  • Adjusted against outstanding dues

  • Approved refunds may be:

  • Converted into credit balance for future orders

  • The mode of refund will be determined solely by Super Boot House.

6. Transportation & Damage

  • Transportation charges for returned goods are payable by the retailer.

  • Super Boot House is not responsible for damage or shortages caused by the transporter.

  • Any transit-related issues must be resolved directly with the transporter.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Goods damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Delayed return requests beyond the allowed period

  • Repeated or misuse of the return facility

  • Orders canceled after dispatch

8. Dispute Timeline

  • Any dispute related to goods, returns, or refunds must be raised and settled within 3 days.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be considered.

9. Policy Changes

  • Super Boot House reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The policy applicable at the time of order will be considered final.
