This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed by registered retailers through the Super Boot House mobile application or website.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after order confirmation by Super Boot House.

  • Orders may be subject to verification, stock availability, and internal approval before dispatch.

2. Dispatch of Goods

  • Goods are dispatched after order approval and confirmation.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once goods are dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order quantity

  • Transport availability

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Mode of Transportation

  • Goods are shipped through company-approved transporters or logistics partners.

  • In some cases, transportation may be arranged as per mutual understanding with the retailer.

5. Transportation Charges

  • All transportation charges are payable by the retailer only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Super Boot House does not include transportation costs in product pricing.

6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Super Boot House is not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage of goods caused during transit by the transporter.

  • Retailers are advised to check goods at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery confirmation may be recorded through:

  • Transport receipt

  • App status update

  • Manual confirmation by staff

  • Any delivery-related issue must be reported immediately.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute related to shipping, delivery, or shortages must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

9. Policy Modifications

  • Super Boot House reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The policy applicable at the time of order placement shall prevail.
